Updating client and investor information


Evli Bank is obliged by official regulations to identify and know the client, to find out the origin of the client’s assets and the intended use, and to obtain sufficient information on the client’s investment experience and knowledge. If necessary, the client will be asked to provide additional information or the information will be checked to make sure it is up to date.

The information will be checked for all clients when they log in to My Evli, if their information is incomplete or it is over two years old. My Evli will ask clients to provide the required information, and once provided the services will be available to use again.
